Fantasy (Women’s Editions) is a collection of insights from several contributing writers, about all the stuff women talk about and some they don’t, but should. Sex, dating, relationships, the “m” word (not marriage, the other one), but, of course, we talk about marriage, too, as well as the beautiful people, the need to be in control and how God, Jesus and the Spirit fit into it all.
This is a great resource to challenge college women and twenty-somethings to fall in love as God intended–with Him first.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR, BY THE AUTHOR
So this the part where the author typically gives their credentials and why you should read what they have to say. This is a book about sex, dating, marriage and women’s issues. You should probably know that I am 38, single and haven’t had a date in years…really, years. So you may be wondering why I wrote such a book. Frankly, me too. I’m probably in counseling even as you read this. But here is my justification. What I lack in credibility by participation, I excel in by observation. I like to think of it sort of like Jesus talking about sin. That’s me Betty Blake Churchill. (..and I have been on staff with Campus Crusade for 15 years. That should count for something.)
RICK JAMES is the director of Cru Press. He’s both smart and creative, a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, as well as a former art director for the New York ad agency Young and Rubicam. He and his wife, Katie, actually eloped 20 years ago and now they have three children and live in West Chester, PA. So he’s got that going for him.
