- SingPost Mailer Service: For standard local shipping, we utilize the SingPost Mailer service for smaller packages and items.
- Lalamove Courier Dispatch: Premium membership customers can enjoy free local delivery within 3 working days through our partnership with Lalamove courier dispatch.
- Other Logistic Service Provider: For certain larger packages or special circumstances, we may engage other logistic service providers to ensure secure and timely delivery.
2. Delivery Times
2.1. We strive to process and dispatch orders promptly. The estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Free Local Delivery: For ordinary members, the maximum required delivery period is two weeks from the date of order confirmation. We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible within this timeframe.
- Premium Membership Delivery: Premium membership customers can expect their orders to be delivered within three working days from the date of order confirmation.
2.2. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Factors such as order volume, item availability, and external circumstances may affect the actual delivery timeframe.
3. Compensation for Delayed Orders
3.1. In the event that you do not receive your order within the maximum required delivery period of two weeks (for ordinary members), we will compensate you as follows:
- Free $20 Gift Voucher: You will receive a free gift voucher valued at $20. This voucher will be valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used for future purchases at our retail store located at our address listed below.
- $20 Discount Promo Code: Alternatively, we can provide you with a $20 discount promo code. This code will be valid for one month from the date of issue and can be applied during the checkout process for your next order.
3.2. To qualify for compensation, please contact our customer service team and provide your order details, including indicating your preference for your compensation based on the two options listed above. We will verify the delay and arrange for the issuance of the compensation as appropriate.

4.1. We currently offer shipping within Singapore only. We regret to inform you that international shipping is not available at this time.
